>Curious Chef 6 Piece Cookie Kit Review and Giveaway

Recently I was given the opportunity by CuriousChef® to review their 6 Piece Cookie Kit. Let me start by saying that I loved this product! I think that it is great to get children to help in the kitchen and these products make cooking and baking very kid friendly. Of course the child still needs Adult Supervision, but the products are awesome! Cooking with your child helps them to learn important skills such as measuring and following directions.

The 6 Piece Cookie Kit that I was sent to review included:

- Large Silicone Mixing Spoon

- Whisk

- Nylon Cookie Turner

- Non Stick Rolling Pin

- Bear Cookie Cutter

- Butterfly Cookie Cutter



Also, there was:

- Shopping List Pad

- Cookie Sticker Sheet

- And an awesome recipe on the back.



In all honesty, I never ever made cookies from scratch. I always bought the cookie dough and just plopped the cookies in the oven. Even as a child, my mom always bought cookie dough. The recipe that the 6 Piece Cookie Set included was easy and the cookies came out delicious! The utensils that are included in the kid are very kid friendly. It was very easy for Samantha to use.

We made the cookies on easter morning to bring over to Grandma's house. Everyone loved the cookies. Samantha (2 yo) told everyone that she made them herself. I guess you can also say that cooking also gives kids a confidence. We had a lot of fun baking cookies together as a family.
